It's now even easier to make a donation to the North West Air Ambulance Charity thanks to our latest TEXT to donate campaign.
Launched as part of our new campaign with Furness Building Society to run in-line with their successful Affinity Account scheme, the TEXT to donate campaign will hopefully encourage a new wave of supporters for our charity.
You may have spotted the Furness Building Society AdVan recently, a flat bed vehicle with a large hoarding promoting the North West Air Ambulance and highlighting the text donation.
The van was unveiled at Blackpool on 17th October and will be seen out and about the region over the coming weeks.

Text messaging is fast becoming the most efficient platform and cost effective method to give to charities and this was the main reason for adopting it for the Furness Building Society Affinity Awareness Week and specifically the main call to action for the AdVan. By simply texting the key word RESCUE to 70300 you are making a donation of £3 to support our services
Text Donating
Text is a more efficient way for charities to collect small value donations because the transaction costs are lower than the charities bank charges for processing cheques and credit cards and because the charity need not employ any call centre or website infrastructure costs to collect money at all sorts of events.
